Choose white label if: you're launching your first product, you want to validate demand before a large investment, you need to go to market in under 8 weeks, or your brand story isn't heavily tied to the specific formula.
Choose private label if: you have a specific ingredient or dosage requirement, you're building a clinical or science-backed brand, you've already validated demand with a white label product, or you want to create a defensible product moat.
